A NEW SEASON OF FARMERS MARKET OGDEN KICKS OFF SATURDAY

The award-winning farmers market on Historic 25th Street in Ogden boasts over 200 unique vendors, free yoga, live music, and more every Saturday now through September 14.

Ogden, UT — Farmers Market Ogden 2024 returns Saturday, May 25 on Historic 25th Street with its 200+ unique vendors, food trucks, live music and more.

The Ogden farmers market, presented by local nonprofit Ogden Downtown Alliance, is a celebration of local food, culture, and community. The annual summer market covers three city blocks and runs for a 17-week season every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Family-friendly activities include yoga and live music from local artists on the Bank of Utah Market Main Stage.

Shop from local small businesses, experience local music, and take home fresh, locally sourced produce and handcrafted items to enjoy — and explore all the businesses and restaurants old and new throughout downtown Ogden while there in the coming weeks.

The kick-off this Saturday includes local bands Giants In The Oak Tree from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with Del Pero to follow from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Aerialists from Salt Circus will also be performing from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of 25th Street and Lincoln Ave.

Free community yoga will be held every Saturday morning during the market from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Municipal Gardens. Participants should bring their own yoga gear, including a water bottle and sun protection.

Farmers Market Ogden has been recently highlighted as a leading center for community engagement during America’s Farmers Market Celebration (AMFC). AFMC is the only annual ranking of the top farmers markets in the United States as voted on by the public. Farmers Market Ogden was named the No. 1 Farmers Market in Utah for the past two years by the American Farmland Trust.

Farmers Market Ogden is proud to be an authorized retailer for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB), Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP), and ProduceRX. SNAP recipients will need to visit the Info Booth to receive the proper tokens prior to beginning their market shopping each week.
