Is there such a thing as "positive politics"? After speaking to Utahns about this recently, most people don't seem to think so. Voters are frustrated over our divided nation and seem to be losing hope.

Enter the new Forward Party!

I recently joined this group partially out of curiosity, but mostly out of the desperate hope for an answer to our problems and new options for voters. After studying their ideas and asking every question I could possibly think of, I soon realized that this is no typical political party. While the two major parties force you to take sides and mandate top-down solutions, the Forward Party listens to the issues that are important to you and helps find bottom-up, local solutions. With a focus on things like term limits, rank choice voting, and putting an end to gerrymandering and corrupt money in our elections, what's not to love!

When they say "bipartisan" they mean it. This year alone I've met hundreds of Democrats, Republicans and Independents who are very excited about these ideas and many of them are working together through Forward to make them happen. Did you catch that? Democrats and Republicans...WORKING...TOGETHER!

To do this they need 2,500 signatures before Halloween to obtain ballot access for next year. If you're not one of the nearly 2,000 voters who've already signed, call or text (801) 791-3922 and they'll come to you (Utah requires them to be on paper).
