FRIDAY

Gorgeous Gourds

Ogden is lucky to get this amazing bluesy psychedelic rock SLC-based jam band Friday night at Lighthouse Lounge. The Gorgeous Gourds—Fred Hayes (vocals, electric bass), Bob Smith (drums), Lucas Jones, (vocals, lead electric guitar) and Sarah Little Drum (vocals, electric guitar)—play original songs layered with three part harmonies and covers from iconic rock bands like Grateful Dead, The Beatles, The Meters, Pink Floyd, Allman Brothers, Phish and more.

A friend of The Ogdenite said this is a band to watch that deserves a following in Ogden: “The funnest jam dance you’ll ever see or hear! Dance all night!”

9 pm, Lighthouse Lounge, $5 cover

SATURDAY

Ex.Five.Two & Rebel Rebel

The fantastic funk continues with two SLC-based rock bands that bring something different and new; Ex.Five.Two are a “psychedelic garage rock trio” and Rebel Rebel is Salt Lake City's “premier, queer, and extremely here” glitter trash band.
