Ogden River Brewing

I went back to Ogden River Brewing again tonight after a walk along the river because I had such an awesome experience at Saturday night’s live music on the patio! You can’t beat the walk and passing that heart-warming Ogden sign. Happy staff team, amazing views (I will be on this patio all summer), delightfully unique spins on food...WHO is the new chef?? Compliments!!! So far, I’ve had a potato poblano creamy soup and smoked salmon bisque, both five stars! The nachos are smothered in a beer-cheesy-gravy…yeah. Tonight I went all green with the rainbow-colored vegan dinner featuring coconut rice, quinoa, and a blend of all my favorite veggies - amazing - and the best part was it’s sprinkled with lavender buds! I’ve never had lavender on my food and I loved it. Paired perfectly with the crisp, complex flavors I love about ORB beer! The 3:20 (I think that’s what it’s called) pale ale was my favorite on tonight’s flight. I’m such a fan now I bought a t-shirt! And wore it on the patio over my tank top lol, it got a bit chilly. And now I wish I’d grabbed a growler to go.
