Hot music picks

“Oh So Many Days” (Michelle Moonshine) and “Workin’ Man’s Mile” (Andrew Wiscombe)

Meet two amazing musicians who are new to Ogden but not the Utah music scene—

Michelle Moonshine and Andrew Wiscombe, together make…

TURTLE DOVIN’

and we love ‘em.

Watch: Get to know them on @ogdencitylimits, YouTube: https://m.youtube.com/c/OgdenCityLimits#menu

I knew Michelle Moonshine’s distinct, heart-melting voice from Gracie’s and other SLC venues, but discovered Andrew on Ogden City Limits. His poetic lyrics roped me in within seconds.

The series, created by Ogden musicians from The Proper Way, Scott Rogers and Shane Osguthorpe, is absolutely wonderful. Watch them all! A new season begins soon.

Michelle and Andrew, and together as Turtle Dovin', stay busy playing their folksy/country/soulful music all over the best venues in SLC, and tonight they’re here in O-Town.

Michelle is playin’ a free all ages show at @gandydancermercantile 7-9 p.m. that you can take your kids to.

And later, @turtledovinduo is at The Yes Hell from 9-midnight. Also a free show—but take cash tips
